It's thought the first puzzle was created around 1760, when John Spilsbury, made a puzzle from a map he fixed to a wooden board, he then cut it into to pieces and used it to teach geography! Like all great toy shops we have lots of wonderful wooden toys, games and Wooden Ride ons Toys your toddlers and children will love to play with. To help you find them all we have put them into different toy departments, from Bikes and Trikes, and Wooden Noah's Ark through Children's Bookends and Musical Instruments onto Wooden Stacking toys and Wooden Puzzles, and loads in between, we really aim to have have something for every child.
Our Noah's Arks are timeless classics they hark back to a time when social networking was talking to people, playing games with the children or reading stories togehter and playing with wooden toys, that was the entertainment for the evening! Hopefully our well built wooden toys take people back to this time when teaching children was hands-on, like it could be fore you with our three teaching clocks, and using a whole range of wooden toys to tell stories and make up games. The Sort and Count City would be great for this, so much in one toy!!
Our toys are great quality and we hope they will generate special memories that will be passed from generation to generation, perhaps even using the same Wooden Noah's Arks or one of our other Wooden Toys, like the great Pintoy Wooden Ride on Toy the Pick up Tirke, in fact we have had a story that our's has sparked off memories of one of our customers trikes from when they were a child!
