Our range of soft play food comes from the German company HABA. Every item is beautifully made to a very high standard. The point of all soft play food is to give children's play an extra level of sophistication. While younger children, under three, are happy with the more simple wooden toys and games, the older ones, three years and above, can really benefit from play with an extra facet. This is where soft play food can make a difference and allow children to develop a really interesting and absorbing role play game using two or three of our soft play food items, such as the HABA set of 9 petit four, assorted set of 6 soft cookies or the delicious looking strawberry tartlet with its 6 soft play strawberries, one of our children's play cookware sets and one of our wooden play kitchens. These role play games give excellent opportunities for parents to teach sharing and good manners, with each person in the game being offered some of the food your son or daughter has just "made". A great soft play food item for developing creative skills in young children is the HABA Fancy Sweet Cake, a layered gateaux style soft play cake which can be assembled in a multitude of ways. Two of our soft play food items also come with their own accessories, the first is our just lovely soft play food pancake set which come with their own chocolate sauce a strawberry and their own well made metal frying pan with wooden handle. The second is our waffle set, this not only comes with its own cherrys and cream but also a lovely pink melamine plate to serve them on!
