Delivery Information
We deliver to mainland United Kingdom addresses as well as Northern Ireland and Europe, inlcuding the Republic Of Ireland (ROI). Our prices for delivery are as follows:
Mainland United Kingdom:
- FREE for orders over £100
- £3.95 for orders below £25
- £4.95 for orders over £25
Northern Ireland:
- £6.95 for orders below £25
- £9.95 for orders over £25
Europe & ROI:
- £12.95 for orders below £25
- £14.95 for orders over £25
The relevant charge will be added at the checkout once you select your region from the drop down menu on the left side of the checkout. For orders to the Channel Islands please contact us so we can determine the best solution to meet your needs.
Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail and a further e-mail once your order is dispatched. Please retain your order number, contained in both mails, so you can quote it in any communication.
All deliveries are dispatched within 24 hours, if placed Monday to Thursday, or dispatched on the following Monday if placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. We will use either Royal Mail, DHL or City Link couriers, dependant on the size of your order. We would expect you to have received your order within 3-4 workings days, from dispatch.

Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will be happy to provide a replacement or refund, if the goods are returned to us within 14 days, in a saleable condition in their original undamaged packaging.
Please contact us to inform us if you would like a refund or replacement, with the reason, and we will email you details of a return address.
Please obtain proof of posting when returning goods as we cannot be responsible for goods that do not reach us. We regret that postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded unless the goods are faulty.
